Bay Leaf Gourmet and Dancing Bear Cellars invite you to a Special Wine Dinner. Please join us for a six-course dinner paired with outstanding wines from great producers. Executive Chef Rich Yost and JT Testa, General Manager, from Bay Leaf Gourmet will provide the cuisine and service that promises an exceptional tasting tour of Italy’s premier wine regions, Piedmont and Tuscany. This will be educational in nature and fun by design. The intimate setting for this type of wine and food experience is perfect to explore wines of this pedigree. Many of the wines are produced in small quantities from tiny vineyards. Our tour guide will be world-traveled Janet Lansill, an American by birth, but a trained Italian Sommelier
